Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer


I have been a strength and conditioning coach for 10 years and have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over a decade. I have been fortunate to have worked with many different clients, ranging from complete beginners to elite athletes, that have gone on to pursue championships and gold medals. I am currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning for London Scottish Rfc, who play in The Championship. Exercise has always been at the heart of my life, be it from elite judo, hockey, semi-pro rugby or the army. My most recent venture was training for an Ironman but Covid put a stop to that which was a shame. If I'm not looking after your training needs my time is spent playing with my dog. 


My goal as your coach is to build and develop a long-term strategy for you that is simple to follow and in line with your personal targets. Making sustainable changes will help you see progress and keep you engaged. I believe results come from consistency, careful and calculated programming married up with fun elements to promote better enjoyment and success of the training. I would be delighted to guide you every step of the way through your journey.

Assistant Coach 


New to the fitness industry but am keen to learn a develop.  I take a keen interest in provide moral support during intense outdoor or home training sessions.
