Personal Training

This service will be conducted face to face as well as via Zoom whilst the COVID lockdown is present, this also enables those abroad to benefit from training with us as well, as long as we can make the time zones work.

 

Before we start training we will have an informal chat to discuss your training goals and together we shall design your fitness journey. 

 

You will be needed to send videos of you performing certain movements so that we are able to perform a movement screen, this will highlight any potential imbalances that you may have. 

Nutrition guidance will be provided along with other types of support depending on your fitness requirements.
